As announced on 19 April 2021, the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2020 is also available on the website, here, and has been posted to registered shareholders.
The Company's 2021 Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of TruFin plc at 48 Warwick Street, London, W1B 5AW on 8 June 2021 at 10:00am. A proxy can be appointed in accordance with the instructions in the Notice and Form of Proxy using the Form of Proxy. Alternatively, if you hold your shares in dematerialised format in CREST, a proxy may be appointed electronically by using the CREST electronic proxy appointment service. Further details are contained within the Notice.
Shareholders may ask the Board a question on the formal business of the Annual General Meeting, by emailing any such question to compliance@TruFin.com by 10:00am on 4 June 2021, as set out in further detail in the Notice.
