Special Dividend

Following the announcement by the Company of the result of the Tender Offer on 27 July 2026, the value of the Special Dividend, details of which are set out in the circular of the Company dated 9 July 2026, is now confirmed as £0.4303 per Ordinary Share.

The Ordinary Shares are expected to be marked ex-dividend on AIM at 8.00 a.m. on 6 August 2026. The final aggregate amount to be returned to Shareholders by the Special Dividend is £22,513,707, which is expected to be paid on 28 August 2026 to Shareholders on the Register as at 6.00 p.m. on 7 August 2026.
