Special Dividend

Following the announcement by the Company on 3 November 2026, the value of the Special Dividend is now confirmed as £0.3248 per Ordinary Share.

The Ordinary Shares are expected to be marked ex-dividend on AIM at 8.00 a.m. on 12 November 2026. The final aggregate amount to be returned to Shareholders by the Special Dividend is £17.5m, which is expected to be paid on 11 December 2026 to Shareholders on the Register as at 6.00 p.m. on 13 November 2026.
