DF Capital Loan Repayment

Further to the announcements of 14 August and 21 October 2020, the Company announces that Distribution Finance Capital Holdings plc has repaid the outstanding loan and associated interest and costs, totalling £9,490,721 to TruFin.

The repayment falls in line with the amendments agreed and announced on 14 August 2020.
